Banana Oat Pancake



-1 Very Ripe Banana


- 1 cup Almond Milk


- 2 cups Rolled Oats


- 1 egg



Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


Heat a griddle on medium heat and grease with coconut oil or butter.


Cook for a couple of minutes each side or until both sides are golden brown.


Serve immediately with blueberries and warm maple syrup!
